Why I started Footfall Studio
I'm Brandon, and I built Footfall Studio because I got tired of watching smart, hardworking small business owners get left behind. Over eight years of managing relationships with independent businesses across the country, I watched the same pattern over and over: they're brilliant at what they do, but they're drowning trying to figure out Google reviews, social media, and video marketing on top of everything else. Meanwhile, big agencies charge thousands and treat them like account numbers.
So I built Footfall Studio to fix that — a small, founder-run studio giving local businesses in the North East the marketing department they could never justify hiring. Drawing on my background in graphic design and what I've learned about small-business growth, I handle the marketing noise for you: Google Business Profile optimisation, review generation, social content, and AI video. All done-for-you, with transparent pricing and senior, hands-on attention on every account. You deal with me directly, not an account manager.

No. Marketing packages are rolling monthly with no lock-in. We earn your business every month rather than trapping you in a 12-month deal. You can pause or cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Absolutely. Plenty of clients come to us for a one-off logo, brand kit or set of menus and nothing more. Our Design packages are completely standalone, there’s no obligation to take a monthly plan.
Design projects typically take one to two weeks. For marketing, you’ll see activity straight away, fresh posts, a tidier Google profile, and most clients notice more enquiries and reviews building within the first couple of months.
Very little. After a short kick-off call and sending us a few details, you can hand it over. We handle the doing; you get a plain-English report each month. Most clients spend less than 30 minutes a month with us.
